Overview

Park Lane Media ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through parklanemedia.au, how we use and store it, and who we share it with. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), regardless of whether our business currently falls under the Act's mandatory thresholds.

What we collect

We only collect what's needed to respond to your enquiry or run the site properly:

Information you give us directly — your name, email address, phone number, business name, and the details of your enquiry, when you submit the contact form.
Information collected automatically — general usage data such as pages viewed, time on site, device and browser type, and approximate location (derived from IP address), collected via Google Analytics.

We don't ask for or knowingly collect sensitive information (health, financial account details, government ID numbers, etc.) through this website.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and follow up with a proposal or quote.
To deliver services if you engage us (under a separately agreed scope of work).
To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it.
To keep records required for tax, accounting or legal purposes.

We don't use your contact details for unsolicited marketing, and we don't sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Personal information submitted through this site is stored securely by our service providers (Web3Forms, Microsoft 365) and is only retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, deliver services, or meet legal record-keeping obligations. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.

Overseas disclosure

Some of the third-party providers we use (including Google and Microsoft) operate data centres outside Australia, which means your information may be processed or stored overseas as part of their global infrastructure. These providers maintain their own security and privacy standards, details of which are available in their respective privacy policies.

Access & correction

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, by emailing hello@parklanemedia.au. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
